Starting estimates are not binding quotes
Instant estimates are preliminary planning figures based on available property data, customer selections, assumptions, and the current minimum package and per-foot pricing rules. Roof outlines do not necessarily identify every storey, gable, dormer, garage line, obstruction, access condition, electrical requirement, or installable lighting location. A “Starting at” amount is not a promise that all requested areas can be installed for that amount.
Final scope, footage, taxes, timing, payment terms, and price must be confirmed in a written Verity proposal or contract after photo, measurement, electrical, access, and site review. Information on this website does not require you to proceed and does not require Verity to accept a project.
Your information
You agree to provide information you are authorized to provide and that is reasonably accurate. Do not upload photographs containing people, vehicle licence plates, neighbouring private areas, or other unnecessary personal information. Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Products, installation, and warranties
Celebright products and features are subject to availability and the manufacturer’s specifications. Our installations include a 10-year product warranty and Verity’s 5-year labour warranty, subject to their complete terms, exclusions and claim procedures. The current written warranty and your final proposal or contract control.
Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business estimate inquiries. You may not probe security, bypass access controls, scrape or bulk-download property or lead records, interfere with service, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.
Website content and third parties
Celebright names, logos, product imagery, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Verity website design, quote logic, text, and dealer materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Links, maps, municipal information, and third-party services are provided for convenience; their availability and accuracy are not under our control.
Tracking links and privacy choices
Verity may publish short links that redirect to an existing page on this website. These links can record visits and associate a later quote request with the originating campaign using a necessary pseudonymous identifier. Optional analytics and advertising technologies remain subject to the choices available through the website’s Privacy choices control and our Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete data, exact measurements, or error-free estimates. To the extent permitted by law, Verity is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on a preliminary website estimate or by unavailable third-party data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. We may update them as the website evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
